These Soul Guidance Sessions are designed to help you identify, disrupt, and navigate through behavioral patterns, release shame programming, dismantle unconscious resistances, address sexual limitations and overcome emotional blocks.

I will guide you in this transformative journey, using a blend of mindfulness, somatic, sexual, and emotional embodiment techniques.

Option 1 / 3 months

  • 5 calls (60 min.) over the course of 3-months

  • 1 call every 2 weeks to empower and support the rise of your soul-driven leadership

  • Access to support and feedback over the 3-months via a messaging app (WhatsApp)

  • Sessions on Zoom, five one-hour sessions available for £1250.

Option 2 / 6 months

  • 10 calls (60 min.) over the course of 6-months

  • 1 call every 2 weeks to empower and support the rise of your soul-driven leadership

  • Access to support and feedback over the 6-months via a messaging app (WhatsApp)

  • Sessions on Zoom, ten one-hour sessions available for £2000.
